PS/2 to USB keyboard converter with V-USB

NOT COMPLETED
development was suspended.

TODO:
PS/2 library: losts data from keyboard occasionally,
should use interrupt thoroughly for communication.

Code cleaning: merge code changed here to other subprojects and common modules.
