[Keyboard] WhiteFox vanilla layout (#8043)

* Add the Whitefox vanilla layout

Initial commit for whitefox vanilla keymap

Fix the mapped layout to match vanilla

Cleanup vanilla default

Rework the info file

Remove vanilla keymap as we don't really need this
